I had thought this resembled VertumnusΒ from the thumbnail before reading the description, this character appearing an obvious inspiration of the artwork by Giuseppe Arcimboldo. Very well detailed and wonderfully executed to be similar to Vertumnus, while still taking that eccentric design that Alice in Wonderland is known well for.
