Bandillo, the hardhat pokemon
Bandillo is a small ground-type pokemon that lives on the forest floor, and uses its long nose to probe for insects hiding under leaves. Their eyes are small due to relying mostly on scent to navigate the nighttime forest, but their large ears help them hear tunneling worms and insects below ground. When confronted with danger, bandillo can roll itself into a ball and roll away much faster than it could run. Although its shell is sturdy, it cannot protect its ears while rolled up, and prefers to use this as an escape tactic than as one of defense. Bandillo evolves into armadozer at level 25.

Armadozer, the construction pokemon
Armadozer is a large ground-type pokemon from the forests of Osai, that uses its sturdy claws and tough snout to dig for all sorts of food. Armadozer reconstructs the forest floor as it looks for insects, buried eggs, tubers, and nuts. They can't see very well thanks to their heavy armour and mostly rely on their keen sense of smell to find food. When threatened it hunkers down under its shell and swings its heavy tail club at threats. Construction companies in Osai like to use armadozers to flatten building sites prior to construction because their Ground typing prevents them from being shocked by any denkirisu tunnels they dig through.
