This kind of came out of nowhere. Intending to finish up the "Guile's Hair Goes with (Almost) Everyone" print in full color, I got sidetracked and wanted to illustrate this while it was fresh.I've always liked renditions of Link where he's actually equipped with the gear he's acquired on his quests. So here he is from the ending of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, decked out in as much gear as I could make make sense.
Bought a Super Nintendo and LoZ:LttP within the last couple of weeks. Haven't given myself enough time to beat it this go-around, but it is my favorite of the series, and one of my favorite games, period.

Oh man, the color scheme on the last tunic is so terrible, but you need it to get through the endgame.

In the old artwork for the game, he was still colored with blonde/brown hair.

I think it was because there were color limitations on the SNES and when they tried to give him strawberry-blond hair it turned out pink.
