The re-design of the current homepage of ifixdirect.com. I was not happy with the initial direction of the current featured banner as it did not drive enough attention to the featured content.

Using heat maps as a guide, i figured the best way to allow users to convert and hit the right area that they initially wanted to on their first visit.
