Oh, that stupid MMD clone is actually evolving, or it seems so, as I can see they added a voice synthesizing engine (with ONE as the... first? voice), the advantage that has over Vocaloid is that it can simulate talking and not just singing, but probably on the singing part the software is many years below Vocaloid (technologically speaking, which means less quality).

the stupid MMD clone is the CeVIO Animation Software. How could ONE be an MMD clone if it's just a character + voicebank? Plus, I would never call ONE stupid she's so #kawaii .
Β The first time I knew about that software (which is a paid software by the way) that's what I thought: "Here we have an stupid MMD clone", also I'm pretty sure that they reverse-engineered the original MMD to make that clone. it was developed using the MS .NET Framework, so it's pretty easy to reverse, and that practise is very common in companies (normally they reverse-engineer the competence software)
Now it seems is more than just a clone since they added a voice synthesizing engine, now it's like a fusion between MMD and Vocaloid.

CeVIO was never an animation software. Plus that ONE is a 100% MMD model.

are ? But... If I remember well, I saw a music video as a promotional trailer I thought it was made with that software mmh... NO, Wait! I think I confused that with something else, I can't remember it clearly, it's something that I saw on a Japanese blog. Well, forget it, sorry for the confusion.
