It's Tamamo no Mae from the FATE series of games and Yuel from GranBlue Fantasy, being tickled by (Respectively from the same games) Kiyohime and Societte!
I decided to go a liiiittle crazy with this one and go full color just to see what would happen. So... I can apparently do some badass stockings now.
