Honestly this is gorgeous, colors are done nicely, the patterns are superb, and they are both drawn very well!

Though one thing I notice is that they do seem a bit stiff; The blue eyed guy's one hand is rather doll like and at first I didn't realize it was supposed to be supporting Curly-kins there, Curly isn't bad but his torso is also kinda still and I've notice the pattern doesn't move with the folds of his shirt which don't help with the stiffness issue.

Ways to correct this varies depending on how you draw; You could relax and leave lines that happen to be open, well open as it makes the drawing look more 'free' so to say, since closing all the lines can cause it to look 'stiff', another way is to look at real life poses, make your character really LEAN into the pose, imagine if they actually had a body how it would actually move if in the position you are putting them in, remember they have weight, flesh, and all sorts of things that can effect this.

Also a good way to break this habit is to NEVER draw a stagnant character, always have a pose or have them moving; It makes great practice and it gets you so used to it that you'll hate drawing plain stagnant poses and it'll help you make them look more 'alive'

that's sooo beautiful! I love the colors and the vibe. Personally never saw this ship, though it's interesting! I love some appreciation for usopp : D 
I personally adore simple backgrounds with bright colors opposing to the characters. Your style is very pleasant to the eye, and your linework is wonderful! I also really like the way you drew usopp face from the side, his emotion is giving that nice loving stare so great job on that! I like how you filled the pants with the texture, but i'm not so in-love with the shirt. Checker pattern could be done easily with pen, and with that it would create a better feel to it, like it belongs here, especially if you'd add folds as well. I don't think there's much more to add, the pose feels natural and your anatomy seems great! Great work overall~

LOL My first thought on seeing this was "you've not drawn AcexUsopp in a while" then I read the description and had to laugh.

I like the '60s feel to it, from the patterned fabrics to the flowers and even ( a bit more obscure) body paint used to write words on the bod.

At first I was thinking Usopp's feet were a bit too dark but then saw Ace's hand (one touching the ground) and realized its supposed to be shading effect there.
