So, I'm a bit focused on this theme at the moment.
Transformed into something (animal, inanimate, android) and needing the help of a family member to return to normal.

Here we have Tom who has transformed himself into a small Yorkshire bitch, letting his mother know he can reverse it at will. She finds him quite cute and irresistible and buys him a nice collar with dogtags, thus naming him Princess.
Mother is expecting Tom to revert to normal to join her on her vacation, but not knowing that he cannot revert while something placed on him by someone else (the collar), is removed by that same person.
She askes her sister to look out for Princess until she returns.
