Description
This is very important picture for me.I was not satisfied with my work for some time. I just lost the passion for it. For some time, I was trying to figure out witch way to go.
Finally I think I found it! I'm very much into comic book art recently, and actually I always wanted to do it, but somehow I got more and more jobs for fantasy illustrations so I never had time and courage to do illustration how I love it. I think I managed to break some walls in my head during the struggle to make an illustration I'm satisfied with.
This one was a pleasure to do, I really enjoyed it. Hope you will like it as well.

edit: I changed the colors a little and added some effects, I think now it looks better

Really good work: it's amaze me how swift and natural all the surfaces looks like. I'm kinda fan of the Darkness series (cleared XBOX game twice. so much fun!), and it's really cool character to draw!
Although it's just me or his helm is waaaay to bigga then proportionally it should be? 0_o

Well welcome back from the darkness you were in.. this picture is amazing in its entirely. I believe is one of the greatest comic books created with a flair unlike any other.. I hope they use this as a cover for an upcoming piece..

DonΒ΄t worry it's more of a new approach than a new style. There will be few images I'm working on right now that are kind of colorful comic book over the to scenes. But I surely will do more dark and moody images as well, but now I hope that they will work better, as I'm not very satisfied with my previous work now and I want to try it a little different. Thanks for your oppinion, I appreciate it!

At last, you have found the right way again! As you wrote, some works before lacked the passion, but here, all is present, everything works and is dynamic. Yet again, a masterpiece.
The only thing that bugs me is the horses right back leg, its somehow spiky.
