Just to clarify for all of those that are unfamiliar with Vladimir, he is not a vampire, he is a hemomancer. A manipulator of blood. Its closer to blood bending from Avatar than it is to vampirism.

Damn, your original version is best. I think it gives Vlad a much creepier vibe than his actual splash art, someone you should actually fear. I wish they'd keep it like this.
