Actually there was a story about such case. It was in Poland somehere around 1980-1985 - there was a big nude photography exposition in Cracow - titled "Venus". Very, very unusual and sensual imagery. And it's said (it's written!) that the group of students left a scribling in the guest book, which goes like that: "We liked photos very much, coz we got a hard-ons" (it rhymes in polish, and my translation skills suck at the moment). So there's nothing bad in such reaction, I think...
