I tried really hard on this, and I honestly am not satisfied with it. I feel like I really need to improve and my progression is too slow. :'D If any critique can be given it would be amazing!

I honestly love your drawing. It has improve so much, and I'm just like MOREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.
haha but anyhow, since you want so critique, you can fix the lighting and add some shadows.
The lighting looks all over the place. From the angle of her dress, it looks like the lighting is from above but from her hair, it looks like you're the lighting if from the right.
Maybe what you can do it darken the areas that aren't touched by the lights.
And shadows, you've done enough and I love it. However, I do notice that it looks like she's laying down. Adding some background shadows can make it look more realistic.
These are my suggestions~ but I really do like what you did. If you want to be satisfy, try playing with the colors and tones.
