Dr. Facilier of Disney's "Princess and the Frog".His animation was freaking brilliant and gorgeous to watch not to mention he had the best song and voice actor. Thanks Disney for finally getting your act together again and for taking risks. Anyways enough ramble...
Done in Prisma markers (something very new to me).
By the way, his "friends" are coming out of a card, not a cigarette (as my sister insists).

Dr.Facilier's voice actor is Keith David. You may recognize him as the voice of Goliath from "Gargoyles" and the cat from Coroline.

Holy crap he's the cat in Coroline? Thats awesome! I knew he was in "Gargolyes" and I think he is in John Carpenter's "The Thing" other than that I'm really unfamiliar with his repertoire.
