Ooohh... this looks good!!
Overall setup here is great! The colours looks very good and the frame ties everything together.
I do have a few suggestions, but nothing major..
-First, the Aquarius glyph (the two squiggly lines) have a very stark contrast with the textured background because they are flat white. See if you can add a faint texture to them and maybe even a bevel sothey don't stand out as much.
-Also, the top part of the image looks a little off balance - try moving the aquarius glyph over to the left a bit. If it doesn't look good by all means ignore me

I couldn't do a lot with it so i just added another layer over the top to dull the starkness of the white and popped an extra mermaid in the corner for a little more symmetry I also changed the tone of the Zodiac circle a little
