woohoo it's vaporeon!
I've desided to draw picks of all the eevve evolutions because I love them all so much, so I started with vaporeon because irronically,
one of my groups #poke-fanclub [link] chose vaporeon for the next draw me a pokemon contest so this is my entry.
And if I do win I would like to call out ARCANINE!
I tried to make him look kind of shiny, it turned out differently then my origional Idea but I kind of like it this way too.

I adore the tints of red you have put in to this drawing it looks beautiful. I think the work you have done here to make Vaporeon shiny works really well, I love it as its supposed to have a liquid body as it is

Ah, it came out in a set around the time of ruby and sapphire's debut I think, sometime a little before then. Its a beautiful card, especially holo. *w* Google should have an image of it (if not of everything, lol)
