People would know if they weren't so scared
Goth girl scares people with how she looks
Makes them feel uneasy
Goth girl is different from them
She doesn't judge them
She doesn't laugh at them
(Too much)
Because goth girl is better than that
Better than them
People would know if they talked to her.

I tend to get along far better with Goths and punks and such. I guess it just feels like most of them understand me better for some reason. I was always a little bit "strange" or "different" or whatever, even as a nerdy young boy, so that may have something to do with it. There's a phrase I used a lot back in high school: "some say freak, I say unique."

I know I started wearing black and then when I wore white because someone I knew died they all freaked out about it and I just said that wearing white when someone dies is normal in other religions and it made me so mad that they just judge you by what you wear sorry I just went on a miny rant

Because it is true, a lot of people at my school are scared of me because of the way i dress, how my make-up is and my drawings.
But once you get to know me better I'm actually not that scary( so my friends tell me)
I love being who and what I am.

People need to learn that if you dress strange, maybe they feel strange. Sometimes a person needs to be comforted. To be told that they are perfect. That they fit in no matter how different they think. These people, like us, have to feel accepted, and they will show their colours. They will open up, and they will be your friend, people need to let them though. Let them try.
