To be honest, Tamaki would easily handle him in a fight. Because the problem with Diego is that he focuses on striking with sheer force without studing how the opponent reacts. A slugger so to speak. While Tamaki despite her attitude she practices Akido and is actually a trained fighter and focuses mainly on the defence. So she would easily predict and counter whatever Diego throws at her realistically.
