this picture is absolutely stunning! it feels like my dream. I am trying to learn how to take infrared photography, and i was also wondering if you could tell me how you took this shot. Do you use an IR filter?

Yes, in this photo I have used a noname IR filter 950nm. I have used also a Hoya r72 IR filter for other shots. 950nm blocks all visible light. r72 (720nm) gives a mixture of visible and invisible IR light. Editing of color levels give interesting results.

Some tutorials about the making of infrared photos you can find in "r72 Group" tutorial gallery folder -->> [link] and in Gilad's journal -->> [link] .

If you have any more questions just don't hesitate to ask again!

Just in between clear skies or overcast or short after a heavy rain you will get it!

Painful? I'm so sorry - what I have done wrong? May I have to change something?
