The final piece for a trade with Lunathyst - her ridiculously beautiful Lockette Amethyst and the mister, Vioclipse 's Kenji <3 This took way more scanning than I'm comfortable admitting, mostly because I can't seem to find a common ground with the scanner and GOD SOMEBODY PLEASE SEND HELP.Ahem.

Lord, I feel you on the battles with scanners. I can never seem to preserve my colors nicely with any scanner I get. But this turned out so lovely, regardless!

Thank you <3 Well, when I do get it to scan what and how I want, it is still leagues superior to my old scanner. But yeeeah, why produce a piece of hardware that can just be plugged, installed and ready to go - while the additional options with confusing names could be used by professionals who know what they're doing. When INSTEAD you can confuse your customers into needing more assistance!

LORD, that sounds like a hassle!! Most of my issues have been no scanner is big enough for 9x12 pads which is what I usually work with, so all the heckin gutter shadow. And then they bitch colors that take so much fiddling in photoshop. My kingdom for an artist friendly scanner!!

Scanners are just hell honestly OTL mine never co-operates with me so I just take a picture instead T_T I hate it so much AARGH

Admittedly mine is fairly new so I'm probably a moron who can't use it (because I don't understand half the options I'm given) X'D But it's really a pain in the ass to keep adjusting the settings so the scan doesn't end up a/ cropped for no reason whatsoever, b/ with hugely reduced colours or c/ both at the same time >_>
