The third Freshman commission. The girl who asked for this was a Clarinet player...and she wanted a stick figure (??) and since I'm a Clarinet player too, I decided to throw some Clarinet fact into the picture. hahah! lolDone in Sharpies

Oh yea I hate that, for a concert my band performed at the Ekka I chipped my reed and had to run back to the place where we left our instruments to get a new one. It really sucked because I was already out of breath from having to run cause I forgot all about that performance and had to run to get my clarinet

Clarinet is the best instrument ever, it is also
1. One of the hardest instruments to learn
2. Can play the most octaves out of the woodwinds (I think it can go up to 3 and a half...somewhere around 3) and the brass (pretty sure about the brass), and maybe percussion (keyboards, xylophones)
3. Is pointy so you can stab anyone who says clarinet sucks
4. Has fun buttons
I have played Clarinet since 5th grade (I'm in 9th now), and now I am learning saxophone as a secondary instrument, but nothin beats the clarinet ^^

I knew it was hard because I kinda suck at playing it but is it really one of the hardest instruments? Lol I've only started in year 8 and I'm in year 9 now

It is hard at first, but once you learn how to play it gets easier. I started playing in 5th grade.

My friend started last year (she plays violin but for some reason she can't play in the band) and she is in Wind Ensemble with me.
She is also in marching band. It's a fun instrument and once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. I'm also trying to learn sax right now since it is similar to clarinet.
