Wow thanks so much! Thanks to google translate and my prior knowledge of the Italian language I was able to understand the post.
I have to admit that I was a little sketchy at first before I watche the videos because most workout programs are hardcore and made for adults and I don't have the time and money to spend on a DVD or whatever else I may need and then have it be way to intense for me. You have no idea how much of a relief this is for me. I will definately keep following your blog and keep watching the XHit channel for more videos. ^ ^

I tried the 10 minute abs workout today and it was fun and I felt very good about myself afterwards. I will definately try their other videos.
