This is amazing. Sorry I haven't been commenting lately 
First off, I rly like the mood of this. It's rainy, but not depressing. Something that I'm sure nobody's seen in a while.
Second, I love the jacket design, it's super cool. And the clouds, they're a nice color besides plain gray and boring. Great job on the grass too, good for not using the grass tool and making your own.
Third, great job on the anatomy and expression. They fit well together.
