This is a comission for my boyfriends sister ^^
The dog's name is Flax, he's so cute and it was very fun to draw him
I really liked to draw his fur but I found the white fur difficult to draw. I'm
actually thinking of starting to draw animals more often. I'm very into
huskies and wolves at the moment
I drew Flax from a photo but I came up with the background myself.
Materials:
- Pastel pencils for colouring
- Graphite pencils for sketch and small details.
Drawing time:

Yes, you really did make the colours pop and I should have mentioned in my last comment that I love how you have added the leaves around his feet too leading back to the trees...it was a great idea and much better than adhering to the photograph background. You've done him justice, for sure. He's such a cute dog!
