How did you render this? What lighting system did you use. Any chance you could have played with sub scatter or translucency? Or did this skin texture not have that option?

Nothing special here. Just the Kimberlee texture for DAZ, UE2, one distant light for the shadow and 2 points of light for the rear lighting.
