Description
After his angry regeneration, The Hacker used to Sonic Flash-Drive to produce a sonic blast on the Daleks surrounding him. Escaping with the corpse of his late Time-Lady that he was in love with to the underground medics, learning that she used all her regenerations to heal the families in Gallifrey. With nothing but rage with The Daleks, he became heavily involved with the Time War. The Second Hacker unlike his predecessor who is hostile, violent towards the Daleks and Skaro itself. On the last day of the Time War, The Hacker was believed to killed in his TARDIS as it exterminated by Dalek ships.

The Hacker was actually alive who used his TARDIS to travel to Skaro to battle the rest of the Daleks From the sky he saw his home planet Gallifrey destroyed by the Dalek ships (actually all thirteen Doctor's TARDIS's saving Galifrey). With no home and mainly all of the Daleks destroyed, he travelled around space to help the planets and Galaxies that were involved in the war. This helped him made the Hacker become a better person. Believing that the Time Lords are gone, he used the TARDIS's perception filter to make the him unnoticeable. With the universe recovered from the war, the Hacker travelled to Earth in the 1970's. except he crashlanded the TARDIS and injured himself in the process at a very old age. He then regenerated again but this time as more youthful, eager, and a bit cocky.
