All one needs to do is add in Canary and Supergirl, who will be entering the DCCWU, and the Justice Leage will be complete.

Canary will be added soon. But not Supergirl. When it's official she'll be a part of the same universe then she will be added. I know the executive producer of Arrow and Flash says yes, but one producer of CBS says no.

Why isn't vixen there I know they said that she is going to the cw seed but she's in universe and they'v already said that there was potential for a Vixen cross over.

And as mentioned in other comments, I'm pretty sure Laurel's Black Canary will join the ranks of the JL as the team's lacking a female character.
Maybe Huntress could turn up but in Arrow she's more of a villain. I'm also holding out hope for Green Lantern to appear, if they managed to use Flash then they can use GL right?

Alan Scott's powers would work since they've pulled of flight, fire, light base constructs (arrow holograms) they could do him easily. And they wold not have to go into the trouble of pulling off aliens on a cw budget.

I will be adding female characters soon. I'm working on them now. As for Firestorm, the clothes aren't his costume. It's just the device he's wearing and for the Atom and just what I think he'll look like when looking and the hologram suit revealed during the show.

I love the flame effect on firestorm. Personally I'm okay with the suit, sure I'd prefer something more creative than a hoodie...but considering the feel of the CW universe I think it fits.

I think that's just Firestorm's protosuit and he'll upgrade soon. In another photo Firestorm is wearing a different jacket, but with that same device. I think soon a suit will be built around the device.
