Another portrait from Once Upon a Time, Regina Mills aka The Evil Queen ^.^Regina was literally one of the hardest characters to draw so I drew her side profile instead, I also really wanted to show off the sexy lip scar >w< I never used to notice but they used to try and cover it up in season one, I don't know why the lip scar adds to her evilness :3
