Thumberland pops out of a scrub; and fires on advancing Wild Bunch patients with a musket. The reason why these weapons are still in use is because the Gremlins (Thumberland is one of them) can reload Muskets at hypersonic speeds. He takes out one of the patients; and the rest open fire. But; Thumberland has hardly fired his musket and he fires a second shot.
