i have the same theory , but the original red arrow has a daughter and after she died he becomes arsenal .....sooo i dont know witch is going to become arsenal jajaj

yeah but the original Speedy has his arm cut and Arsenal has some kind of roboticarm(gold) plus he and hic clone have the same DNK he is hes clone after all
