Ah ok, pero doesn't mean na may resemblance na dapat mag credit na agad unless rip-off talaga, heavily referenced or fan art. Actually I stumbled on something with the same concept as this as well (after ko matapos to weeks after) na gawa ng taga IFS, done a year ago I think.
Just so happens talaga na may times na may ka-theme ang isang piece. To add na iba talga itsura nun gawa ko sa gawa nya. Nasa utak ko actually nun ginagawa ko yan eh yun Executioner ng Xenogears tapos yun purging ng lambs(kakatapos ko lang kasi ulet nun) Yes, di kamukha pero nakatakip yun mukha which turned into a mask instead. Tapos nag isep din ako ng unusual mix of things na prang zerg/alien like anatomy kasi madalas normal human form gawa ko pati madalas ako makakita nun Dominance War works na kakaiba yun mix. I also stumbled dun nga sa image na yan sa MTG. So yes na inspire din ako dyan aside from many other things pero I looked at it so I won't accidentally copy it. Just so happens na yun color na gusto ko at some designs na gusto ko eh nagawa na nya. Hope that clears it up to you, kung crecreditan ko sya dapat kinopya ko na lang talga which I did not do at nilagay sa fanart. I had almost the same concept in my head at nakita ko yun gawa nya, just so happens na nauna lang sya kaya lumalabas na prang derivative na yun gawa ko.

Amazing, what kind of brush settings do you use for something like this?

Pressure sensitive brushes: flat, round and other custom made brushes. Painted this in grey scale first then added colors via color mode and other modes. Then polishing.

Very impressive. If you were thinking of doing a tutorial, I'd love to see it! If I used that method I'd never get anywhere near as good, mine always look so fuzzy and non-sharp!

I don't really use soft brushes that much and I use the sharpen tool as well. Try blending manually via picking colors adjacent to the one you are rendering.That would help your fuzzy problem.
