well, i have a lolita dress at home, if i wear it the skirt is short like the one in the drawing and it also dont covers the shoulders. I think there are many different kinds of lolita dresses, some with shor some with long skirt, etc. ^^

When you open Photoshop, click file, new. Then under background (It'll say 'white') click on the bubble (it might be a scroll down kind of menu, mine is like this though) that says 'transparent' Hope that helps!

i already know what i did wrong, i need to choose 400 pixels if i upload it on deviantart.
i always knew how to do transparent backgrounds, but not how to remove the black background when i uploaded it on deviantart.
