Hey midnight--blitz... ' Zooms wants an official "OC," and i think yours is the best ive seen (i gave u props on her Twitter feed)... U should send her an updated one.. She' s currently appearing as "Fannie Correy," the daughter of a sweet-shop owner (mrs. Corry) in the Vancouver production of mary poppins..
In it, she, her mum, and her sister "Annie" are resposnible for hanging the stars over london at night; a byproduct of the "magic" that their sweet shoppe inspires. Maybe her OC hanging a star over Big Ben in victorian dress?!?!.... Just an idea... 
I know it'd delight her!
