I only cosplayed as Xemnas once for Oni-Con 2008 in Houston, TX. That was the first time I ever cosplayed and the first anime convention I've ever been to. So I have no idea if I'd be considered a Xemnas cosplayer.

It might be different for everyone, but that's how it is for me (I've done Edward Elric maybe twice and I still consider myself to be an Ed cosplayer)
