Oh gosh xD well the "Metal-Body" is kinda just armor. The most "magic" stuff with the determination is inside her body, connected with kinda cables and stuff on her soul like veins but just filled with determination and not with blood.

Alphys don't like talking about it. She coudnt do the same thing again. The metal scars are to big. A long time after she did it she felt still the pain even her body healed. But in her mind was still the pain.
