Just a quick question before drawing it. What breed should I use as a reference? Pharaoh hound or any sighthound is ok?

I'd recommend Pharaoh Hound or really any prick eared sighthound (Cirneco Dell Etna, Ibizan Hound, Andalusian Hound). I personally always use Pharaoh Hound.

I was checking the genotype thing and I realized that mine has the gene cdcd, should it be dldl since she's light dune?

Nudari will have genes for both yellow and dune present and what color is shown is determined by first gene (EE/Ee or ee). Since your Nudari has ee which is the gene for Dune, your Nudari is a light dune which carries the gene for Sand Dune (dlds). If your Nudari had been an EE/Ee which is the gene for yellow, then your Nudari would have been Dark Yellow (cdcd). Does that make sense?
