Comic synopsis: Saaches taunts Hank through the radio and explained the nature of the ruined town. As it turned out, after the Iraq war, the middle east became unstable and many terrorists group spwaned in the midst of the chaos (like ISIS), the once posper town was abandoned after years of turmoil (and the fact that the street is covered in sand implies that the town as been abandoned for a long time.) Saachez procalimed that he will kill Hank in the name of his murdered family and Hank vows the same in the name of his murdered squad mates. While all of this is going down, Morpho and IGL-02C traded blows.

Writer's note: I won't put 'political filter on since this comic wasn't supposed to be historically accurate and things were left intentionally vague for you to make up your own interpretation. Though as a hint, the second to last row of the comic panels shows a T-72 tank (in Saachez's memory) and a M1A1 Abram (in Hank's Memory), both were the main battle tanks for the Iraqi and US army respectively during the Iraq war.
