#86 Nigellus

Nigellus enjoyed the spring time in the tundra, but not more than he enjoyed the summer, when even the most stobborn of the cold was forced to retreat back to the mountains from wence it came. In this time he also took one of his yearly treks out to see his chimes, which hung from a willow probably as old as the mountains themselves. It was only once a year because the valle that held this grand willow was the deepest in snow by time winter fully hit, so it was almost impossible to make it without magic.
Dipping his head under the canopy of the whispering leaves, Nigel came so a small shock as he saw more chimes had joined his on this tree.
The wind pushed through and softly set them all to twinkling, filling the air with song and magic.
If nothing else, it was a good reminder that he did not wander this place alone.

This has literally been my whole day, from sketch to framing.
Roughly 6-7 hours of work.
There is a decent mountain background in there, the willow tree is just fat okay. lol.
