EDIT: Apparently the old design had to many references to something called "Miku Append". So I changed the hair, the body suit and added the glow effects I forgot to put in before.
Another character from Luminos Dreams; not really important but I think she'll be cool. She's a 17 year old musical genius who skipped a year in school and now while taking University courses is being a pretty huge star. I don't have a real name for her but I'm calling her stage name "NEON LIGHTS".

I find it funny that you'd change it because it was similar. Like, I love both of the designs and I love the color you used for the hair. Either way, miku append doesn't look that similar to the old one anyways o3o

well you didn't have to edit it. i'm sure crypton would have been honored to finally see something that looks similar or based off of append miku rather than a flat-out recolor or simply attaching their OCs head on append miku's body, which happens a lot.

Even so, I did google images of Append Miku and there were much to many similarities and I wanted my design to be a bit more original. I personally think that the lack of twin tails actually looks better on her anyway so win win.

well you could always completely redo it. if you were going for a more "mechanical" or robotic look then you could always base it off of stuff the same way mecha musume/mechanical girl artists do (get military equipment, such as a plane or tank, and draw a girl with specific parts etc).
if you need a good example then just look at some of the basic mecha musume (aigis from persona, etc.) or go to gelbooru and search mecha_musume (with the underscore).

Lovely design! But the numbers printed on her side (the blue ones) could be another ref to Vocaloid/Miku. (I think you didn't intend for this though)
