Description
Toxiclean is an alternate evolution to Grimer and a concept of it's chemical-body being used to combat other Poison Pokemon. So it's part Water due to it's new liquid body while also part Fire as a metaphor for it's new corrosive / burning chemicals in its' body.Enjoy!
