Description
So someone said (no one actually said) "we need an adorable sheep Pokemon that isn't Mareep!" and I was like "Great idea!". Whimsicott is practically a sheep so I really just had to take it that one step further. Apparently it may be based on the "Lamb of Tartary" so that's what I decided to do with the evolution; a plant-element sheep. I'm thinking that Tartton will gain the ability "Thick Fat" so Fire types can't feel like they will continue to have the upper hand.
