Nooo, it looks pretty! The shading on the petals especially stands out, and I think you did a swell job on the qipao's. Uh, advice-wise... let's see, you might try saving the image as a .png file next time, versus a .jpeg. When you save something as a jpeg, it can get a kind of fuzzy quality in certain places- not a big deal with say, large areas of flat color, but when you get to areas like the face and hair, with lots of details, it can mess up the quality. The only thing is pngs are bigger files (since they're higher quality)... but you're usually well within devArt's file size limit unless the image is absolutely huge. The only other thing I would say you need work on are hands... but for that, the best thing to do is to just do tons of drawings from real life of hands.
