After a couple of weeks with nothing to submit (sob!), I'm back! Still working on the writing, so I thought to make a new wallpaper instead. The last few have been pretty time-consuming, so this one was kind of a quickie.
When I got these photos in the latest issue of "Rock Star", I melted...I'm such a cat person myself anyway, and am still coping with the death of my cat Sassy a few months ago, after I had her for about 12 years.
Lyrics are from "Tea Cup", from the "Love Letter" CD, which is kind of special to me as it's the very first Gackt CD I ever bought.
Translation is from: [link] Background is from: [link] ; I layered a scan of a cat-themed piece of scrapbook paper over the top of it.
If you collect fonts like I do, this one is called "Ali's Hand" and it is from [link] .

Oh...I'm sorry about your cat, I remember reading your post about it. Mine died in May, she was about 12 years old. So it was kind of special for me to make this one, too.
I think it's too soon for me to get a new one. But I do love these photos!

Well...here's the thing. I have a scanner, but it's not working, since I got this computer a few months ago, it says I need to install a driver. I'm pretty technologically illiterate, so I'm waiting for one of my siblings to help me...
I do have the entire magazine, if you can get a copy I'd highly recommend it, 'cause the photos are adorable! I got mine from a friend in Japan, but I know I've seen it on eBay.

If you do a drawing, I hope you post, I'd love to see what you make!

o___O well, the scanner should have come with a CD, or.. you know, look up the brand of the scanner and go to the manufacturer's website and try that. |D
Ah, I'd have a lot of Gackt things if I had the money. I've had my eye on the ARENA 37c July 2009 issue for a while, because of the beautiful poster and photos of him in it.. |3

Well, it's really weird, because I DID install the software, but for some reason, even though my computer recognizes it is hooked up, it absolutely will not 'communicate' with it.
But, I have a pretty old printer and a separate scanner, so I've been thinking to get one of those nice all-in-ones anyway.
I'm glad you liked this...It was just something small and sweet kind of to remind me of Sassy...
