Well, the scientists who worked on him strive to make each new model of android as human as possible while still maintaining the creator/creation relationship so that they don't get out of control, so yeah I'd imagine he'd have those parts built in. The A.L.P.H.A. is supposed to be one of the most advanced machines on Earth.
