Once I saw this meme, I couldn't help but see Hei dance to it as well. It's perfect because the Darker Than Black OST is full of UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ.

This is my first time creating an animation, so it's looks a bit rough, and I messed up on the pants pockets

I used Photoshop and a tablet to make a gif. I used the template which should be in the description to do it.
