Love your use of color; not only the choices, but the layering of the shades (they feel as if they're being swept with the same motion that she's conveying).

As far as constructive crit goes (sorry I'm not using the actual Critique Box... I'll leave that to people who are better at this than I ), there were only a few things that caught my immediate attention. One, her left eye is too high up and to the side. The other is that her boobs are a bit too uneven in size.

If I was the one who commissioned ya, I'd definitely be happy with the piece.
