Wow, when these images popped out of MidJourney's new beta algorithm I was blown away.

I used an output from Stable Diffusion as part of the prompt for these images

At the smaller sizes they look almost perfect.

But after upscale, they are not quite as impressive, I had to touch-up a few areas in Photoshop to remove some blemishes, and practically perform plastic surgery on the nose and lips in the centre image

So close and yet so far.....

but still compared to my previous attempt these are magnificent
