Fowl gestured to his tiny time tree. His master giggled a bit seeing the excitment of their helper. The bagbean was quite old now and the enthusiam of the foolee was always their daily ray of light.
"I see... A new leaf?" the master pointed out.
"YES! YES! Maybe next it will grow!"
The bagbean softly laughed.
"You know, Fowl... The most important is how healthy that tree is. You love it so much..."
"That's thanks to you, master! You helped me grow it."
The bagbean smiled.
"Oh Fowl... I hope this tree will one day give you as much love as you give it."

A few days later, Fowl's master would realize they will soon die. It wasn't a sad thing, it was only natural. They just hoped to meet their little light again, in a next life.
