I finished this one too !
It's the second out of four commission's done for =Felutiahime of their character Felutia !
It's such a pretty boy <3
Also, I know the necklace isn't there, but not matter what i did, it didn't look like it fitted so I decided to remove it. tell me if you really want me to add it tho, and I'll try again.
