I'm not sure it means anything! I created her for a role play that I participated in a long time ago, and I can't remember that it meant anything. I think I just used a random name generator!

Oh. It's just that it sounded like an Elvish name, and they're made from Elvish words, so I thought I'd ask you.

And here's some stuff I found in a Quenya (Elvish) dictionary.

Ara-/Ar- (prefix) = noble

Ára (noun) = Dawn

Sil- (verb) = Shine (white)

Arrasil could mean "Like the shining dawn." Is it weird that I put effort into this?
