an idea that was taken from a recent marvel comics story called "marvel zombies". news of a sequel to the story has recently surfaced, along with a cover showing off a ton of zombified x-men including my favorite, nightcrawler. when i showed the picture to my friend , he told me i had to make a zombie nightcrawler picture. and that's what i'm working on. i posted a quick sketch in my scraps a week ago and felt it was only fitting that i upload my progress. hopefully by doing this, it will help me focus on this thing until i've got it finished.the original sketch can be found here: [link]

i really need to check out these comics. i haven't actually been able to pick one up yet.
do they have mutant powers as zombies too? cause that is completely breaking the zombie rules! seriously. i'm calling shannigans on the zombies.

yeah, they still have their powers as zombies. from what i remember, magneto and a handful of other nameless mutants are the only ones that aren't zombies, but they're hiding out in asteriod m. everyone else is a zombie, but aside from an unstoppable hunger and some decay, they're the same. i don't want to give away too much, but let's just say that in this zombified marvel universe, silver surfer is coming to earth for the first time with galactus not too far behind. and them zombies, they're pretty hungry

haha, at least when nightcrawler appears, he doesn't bust through a wall. if the kool-aid man ever did that when i was a kid, my mom would've beat my ass
